CityPlace at Springwoods Village

New to the Houston landscape, CityPlace debuted its central plaza to the public on March 1st. The 60-acre mixed use urban district brings luxury residential and state-of-the-art office buildings with an eclectic mix of shopping and dining to the forward-thinking Springwoods Village community north of Houston nestled between Spring and The Woodlands.

Major employers like ExxonMobil, Southwestern Energy and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) add a corporate touch to the Springwoods Village area real estate, and will soon be joined by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. CHI St. Luke’s Health also has a presence with their Springwoods Village Hospital.

For those looking to shorten their commute and still live the big city lifestyle, luxury apartment complexes The Mark and The Belvedere fit the bill. There will also be plenty for CityPlace residents to do on evenings and weekends - Star Cinema Grill will open this summer and 24 Hour Fitness will open a location late this year along with soon-to-be announced eateries. Apartment living is not always conducive for guests, but do not worry, out of towners will be more than comfortable during their stay at Houston CityPlace Marriott.

CityPlace acts as the dynamic focal point for the Springwoods Village development with the unique opportunity for living, working and playing. Check it out for yourself at one of their upcoming events: Fitness on the Plaza with Sphere on Friday March 15th at 4:30pm - free to attend with happy hour to follow at CityPlace Marriott
