Jana Phillips -- Born in Dallas and shopping at the downtown Neiman's before she could walk, Jana has truly been shopping all her life. Stops at Baylor and Washington D.C. were along the way, but Jana landed in Houston 15 years ago. Her friends say there is literally not a shop in town she doesn't know about.
